Albert Tamárez-Vásquez, CPA, CIRA

Founder and manager of our firm. He obtained a bachelor degree with honors from the University of Puerto Rico at Bayamon in Business Administration majoring in Accounting and additional courses in Human Resources and Finances. He becomes a Certified Public Accountant in November 2008 and a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (CIRA) in September 2014.
He has over ten years of experience in taxation, public accounting, bankruptcy procedures, business management, consulting and administration. He is a registered tax specialist with the P.R. Department of Treasury and Internal Revenue Service, an active member of the PR Society of Certified Public Accountants and Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors.
CPA Tamárez-Vásquez possess vast experience representing taxpayer at the PR Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service and dealing with bankruptcy reorganization.

Marieli Vargas-González, CPA, CGMA - CPA Supervisor

She obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration majoring in accounting from the University of Puerto Rico (UPRB) at Bayamon, PR, graduated with honors and member of the UPRB and National Dean's List three years in a row. She becomes a Certified Public Accountant with active license in Puerto Rico during November 2006 and later becomes a Chartered Global Management Accountant. Her experience includes local and international accounting firms, privates corporation and government. CPA Vargas-González has vast experience in auditing, including single audit for governmental agencies and municipalities, internal controls among other qualifications.

Harold Bobyn-Rosado, CPA - CPA Supervisor
​
He obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration majoring in accounting from the University of Puerto Rico (UPR) at Rio Piedras, PR and graduated with honors. He becomes a Certified Public Accountant with active license in Puerto Rico during November 2008 and is currently enrolled at the School of Law of the Interamerican University to complete a Juris Doctor. His experience includes local accounting firms, privates corporation and institutions operating with federal funds. He held positions as Staff Tax Accountant, General Accountant, Tax Consultant, Financial Analyst and Auditor.

Vladimir Tamárez-Vásquez, Senior Accountant
​
He graduated from high school from the business program and member of the Future Business Leader of America (FBLA). He represented the high school in various FBLA competitions and archiving within the first three positions. He obtained a Bacherlor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico at Bayamon, PR majoring in accounting. He also has completed computer programmer courses. Prior to join our firm, he worked at governmental agencies dealing with specials report for federal grants, legal offices, and at a municipality finance department.

Ladisbell Rodríguez-Santana, Senior Accountant

She obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico at Bayamon, PR majoring in accounting and graduated with honors. Her prior experience includes working with a local firm as staff accountant assisting business handling their business financial information and positions in accounting departments of well established private corporations.

Yoedith M. Encarnacion-Reyes, Administrative Assistant

She obtained a Technical Bachelor's Degree in Television and Radio Communications from the University of Puerto Rico at Arecibo, PR. She graduated with honors, is dynamic, social media management, journalism and creative writing, self-driven, organized and with spirit of cooperation and teamwork.
